Terms and Conditions

Our services. We are committed to making your total service experience a positive one. Upon entering your information and your request for which you would like a professional service, we will provide you with a confirmed appointment to fulfill your service need or to establish an estimate of a service you required. Credit card information will be collected at this time to insure reservation of your appointment. The 24 hours cancellation policy allows to change your appointment at no cost 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Service Supplies. Our fee is based on using your cleaning supplies, however we can supply them for an additional fee of $15.00 per service. We can provide you with a list of suggested products if you are going to provide supplies, however we are not liable for any damage caused by your cleaning supplies. Service Access. Most of our customers are not at home when we come to clean. We will make personal and confidential arrangements with you on how to gain access to your home. If we are unable to gain access to your home for a regularly scheduled cleaning, we must charge you a previously agreed upon fee to compensate the housekeeper for their loss of time and driving expenses.
Payment. The payment will be collected after the agreed services are conducted or as agreed at the time of estimate. We only accept checks with phone number and address listed or credit and debit cards through paypal.
Your comments. After each service you have an option to submit your comments on our online appointment form. We encourage your comments in order to make our best effort to make our service meet your satisfaction and best quality.
Service Guarantee. We work hard to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your home projects. That is why it is very important for you to send us your comments after each visit of our professionals at your home no later than 24 hours after the services were conducted if you have any concern. After that period any claim will be not considered. We also are not responsible for any circumstances over which our professionals have no control or access to. Otherwise we will initiate our problem resolution process to address your concern based your comments that were reported within 24 hours of service. We will take every possible step to solve the situation to both sides satisfaction.
Resolution Process. You must participate and use good faith efforts to resolve problems through the Resolution Process. If, in its sole discretion, we determine that you have not participated and cooperated in good faith in the Resolution process we may terminate such a resolution process.
Documentation. We take all complaints against the services provided seriously. To initiate the Resolution Process, we request that all complaints be thoroughly and accurately documented in writing and copies of all related documents, including evidence of payments and estimate agreements, signed change orders etc be provided up front.
Facilitating communication. Our experience shows that in most cases, communication between you and the professional can resolve most problems. We will endeavor to help both parties reach a mutually acceptable resolution to any disputes. We are not responsible or liable to either the customer or the professional if a mutually acceptable resolution is not reached.
General Provisions. You acknowledge and agree that our services are provided to you on an ”AS IS” basis without any warranty whatsoever, and your sole and exclusive remedy and our sole obligation to you and professionals for any claim arising out of your use of our services at any time EXEPT AS EXPRESSED SET FORTH HEREWITH.
